I am an Executive Coach specialising in leadership, wellbeing and career coaching. I have held the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation for four years and have over 2,000 hours of one-to-one coaching experience. I am passionate about working with leaders at all levels, supporting them to explore the possibilities, unlock their potential and transform their professional performance.
Prior to becoming a coach, I had a successful 20-year corporate career spanning a diverse range of organisations from a small mobile technology start-up to Nationwide, the UK’s largest building society. I have worked in industries including including nuclear energy, telecommunications, travel and tourism and ten years in financial services – I know what it’s like to work in a fast-paced, complex organisation and deliver in a role with multiple objectives and stakeholders. This breadth of experience enables me to easily connect with my clients, understand their challenges and goals, and deliver quality coaching that drives tangible results. I have had the privilege of supporting clients from organisations including The Association of British Insurers, Capital One, EY, JP Morgan Chase, Lenovo, LV=, MARS, McDonalds, Nationwide Building Society, NHS Dorset, Proctor and Gamble, RNLI, The Woodland Trust and UK Finance.

With chronic stress, exhaustion and burnout a very real issue in the workplace, Wellbeing Coaching supports leaders who are returning to work after a period of stress-related sick leave.
