We will explore the benefits of Mindfulness and experience a longer guided Mindfulness meditation. There will be opportunity to share our thoughts and learn from others.

This Mindfulness meditation session is for you if:
- You find yourself worrying and anxious about the future, especially during these challenging times.

What is Mindfulness?
The simple definition of Mindfulness is; ‘to be aware of your own experience, moment to moment, without judgement’. However, this explanation does not describe how Mindfulness can free us from anxiety, stress, exhaustion and even depression. Mindfulness is quite the buzzword these days and with good reason: research studies show that regular practise can positively change the way the brain functions and permanently improve our level of happiness – quite a remarkable feat for a practice that is quick, easy and free!

My name is Emma and I am a Wellbeing Coach, Mindful Eating Coach and Energy Healer. I help my clients to rediscover mental peace, emotional balance and physical wellbeing, guiding them back to optimum health and happiness so they can feel like their best selves again. I have practised Mindfulness meditation for many years and it is my favourite tool to calm an over-thinking mind, relieve stress and find peace amidst the frantic pace of day-to-day life. I started out with informal home practise then went on to study an eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course which is the foundation of my free Mindfulness sessions and Learn Mindfulness classes.
